Responsibilities: Teamlead B2B Customer Services
You are the link between the team and the customer, always alert to ongoing issues and proactively involved in developments. When questions or problems arise, you are there to resolve them. In the case of escalations and complex issues, you are the first point of contact, offering a listening ear and practical solutions. You find satisfaction in optimizing processes and encouraging improvement initiatives within customer service.

Requirements: Teamlead B2B Customer Services
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a service-oriented, technical, or logistics environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership position;
- Demonstrable experience in managing teams, fostering team development, and improving operational processes;
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced work environment;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus;
- Analytical skills to evaluate data and report team results, with a focus on areas for improvement;
- A proactive, results-oriented attitude with an emphasis on problem-solving and customer satisfaction;
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders.
The offer: Teamlead B2B Customer Services
It is a full-time position, offering a salary ranging from €4750 to €5200 gross per month based on a full-time employment contract.
