Key Responsibilities - Campaign Manager FMCG - Temporary
Your tasks and responsibilities are:
- Plan, launch, and monitor FMCG display and lead generation campaigns, ensuring they meet agreed KPI's for reach, engagement, and sales impact;
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and retail media data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement;
- Translate brand objectives into actionable campaign strategies, balancing short-term sales goals with long-term commercial impact;
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and account teams to align campaigns with brand goals and maximize ROI;
- Provide regular insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders, demonstrating measurable campaign impact and guiding future initiatives.

The ideal candidate has:
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns for consumer brands, preferably within retail media or e-commerce;
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and optimize ROI;
- Ability to translate brand objectives into actionable campaigns that balance short-term sales results with long-term growth;
- Comfortable working with marketing, sales, and account teams to align strategies and ensure campaign success;
- Takes ownership of campaigns, continuously seeks improvements, and delivers measurable impact on visibility, engagement, and sales.
The offer - Campaign Manager FMCG - Temporary
This is a temporary position from April 1, 2026 to May 26, 2026, for 30 hours per week via Independent Recruiters, with a salary based on skills and experience (pro-rated from a 40-hour workweek), and a hybrid working arrangement consisting of two fixed office days (to be discussed) and the remainder remote.
