As a front office staff member, you are the calling card of this hotel, and the following responsibilities belong to you:

• Being the first point of contact for our guests, both face-to-face, by phone, and via email;
• Welcoming and checking in guests with friendliness and a smile;
• Ensuring a warm welcome and a personal guest experience at every interaction;
• Taking reservations and processing them administratively;
• Communicating and collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay for the guest;
• Working within a close-knit team to provide every guest with an unforgettable experience;
• Flexibly responding to changing tasks and situations within a dynamic hotel environment.

What do you bring?

• You are hospitable, open, and spontaneous. It is in your nature to make people feel welcome;
• You have experience in hospitality, preferably in a similar role;
• You always aim for that personal touch and surprise guests with that little extra;
• Flexibility is second nature to you. You do not have a 9-to-5 mentality;
• You enjoy collaborating with colleagues from other departments to provide guests with the best experience;
• You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves, even if it falls outside your own tasks;
• And perhaps most importantly: you love adventure, meeting new people, and enjoying everything the island has to offer.

This hotel group offers good primary and secondary employment conditions and a friendly, informal working atmosphere. In addition, they provide a salary in accordance with the hospitality collective labor agreement.
